Throughout my career as an Executive Business Partner and Program Manager at Google, I built a reputation as the go-to person for solving problems, creating systems, and making things happen. But it wasn’t until a close friend reached out, overwhelmed by the flood of baby items she’d received before her first child, that I truly understood the impact my gift could have.
