With a personalized Walk & Talk Session, I will join you in your home (in person or virtually) to walk through your spaces and provide expert insights tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what’s possible.

*Body doubling is a tool some adults use to help them start and complete projects. Sometimes referred to as an accountability partner, it is a technique for better productivity. It’s a strategy where having another person present while you work on a task can improve focus and productivity, especially for individuals with ADHD, by providing accountability and a sense of social engagement.
